About Moshe

Moshe (Michael) Kessler is a certified personal coach, teacher and healer. He is a former New York City public High School principal, with an MBA in accounting, a Masters in History and a Masters in Public Administration. Moshe has spent the last 30 years of his life on a personal journey of self transformation. Along the way, he has helped hundreds of people.

At the age of 27, Moshe became a Baal Tshuva; one who returns to his Orthodox Jewish roots. He has drawn upon the Torah, Chassidus and Kaballah for spiritual, intellectual and emotional nourishment. He has been particularly influenced by the Chassidic writings of the Slonimer Rebbe and the Mussar philosophy of Rav Volpe, the author of Alai Shur.

He has also been deeply influenced by G. I. Gurdijeff, Wayne Dyer, Steven Covey, Marshall Sylver, and Heidi Schliefer. His personal interests include brain science, mindfulness meditation and hisbodadut, tai chi, journaling for transformation, neuro-linguistic programming, 12 step program, alternative healing methods and a live food diet.
